All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the travel start date, as agreed upon during booking.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

While we ensure high-quality services, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or errors of third-party suppliers.
