Cancellation PolicyFlexible cancellation policies are available depending on stay dates and booking channels:
For stays between November 1st to December 20th, and January 10th to March 31st, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
For stays between April 1st to June 30th, and September 1st to October 31st, cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival.
Super Peak Period (December 23rd to January 10th): All bookings are non-refundable.
Failure to arrive at the property without notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Children and Extra BedsChildren below 6 years stay free on existing bedding when sharing parents' room.
Children aged 6–11 years are charged 50% of the adult meal rate.
Maximum of two children per room is allowed.
Extra beds are available for an additional fee (LKR 2,000 per bed).
